The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death. (Proverbs 14:27)

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that [is] wisdom; and to depart from evil [is] understanding. (Job 28:28)

Fear of the Lord means to depart from evil. It means to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD our God with all our heart and with all our soul. It means to Be not wise in our own eyes.

Who am a afraid of, men or God?

If men, what can men do that God cannot? Nothing.

What can God do that man cannot?

Everything includes “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Matthew 10:28)

So why are you afraid of men?

I Don’t know……

Fear God because “The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of knowledge: [but] fools despise wisdom and instruction.” (Proverbs 1:7).

Am I fool? No…. Here’s the truth “In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge”.(Proverbs 14:26) that’s when the secret will be revealed.

“The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.” (Psalm 25:14)
